When sending a email, please be sure to send photos and provide as much information as possible to help us speed up the process of getting back to you with a realistic quote

If you are unable to send photos, then not to worry, but this may take some time in coming back to you as attendance maybe required to access or an estimate may be provided instead. 

​

Example:

​

Gardening, Please send photos of all items that need attending to. 

​

Pressure washing, photos of all surfaces, that require washing and advise on the type of surface, example being Concrete, Limestone etc...

Plumbing, if sending requests for leaking wastes, traps, tap changes, garden tap instillations etc, please provide photos of points of install, closest available pipe work from water source that feeds other taps ( Usually under kitchen sinks) and ensure that your stopcock is working prior to works commencing. (If works are in a communal property and the water needs to be shut down, usually you need to provide 24 hours notice unless it is a emergency, but everyone still needs to be informed)

Electrical, If requesting basic socket changes, light fitting replacements, sockets and switches, please upload photos, If requesting instillation of new sockets or light fittings indoors, again include photos of where you would like it installed, advising if there are any sockets on the reverse side, if they are mounted in the wall or on the outside of the wall and if it is hollow or solid walls.

If you are requesting instillation of a exterior socket or lights, please upload a photo of the nearest available power source, ideally outdoor sockets are easy to run directly from a indoor socket on the reverse side of the wall, so long as it has not already been used to provide power for another socket, which is called a "Spur" as this is dangerous to run more than one socket, in which we will not undertake.

For EICR. Please provide a photo of the meter box enclosure, showing all cables, meter unit, and a photo of the consumer unit with breaker / fuse switches and what they operate clearly visible and advise on how many electrical fittings there are for example "16 double sockets, 2 fuse connections, 3 extractor fans, 5 x lights" if these are not fully listed, that is not a problem, however there may be a slight additional charge.
